When the Marines were cut off behind enemy lines and the Army had written the 1st Marine Division off as being lost because they were surrounded by 22 enemy divisions. The Marines made it out inflicting the highest casualty ratio on and enemy in history and destroying 7 entire enemy divisions in the process.

An enemy division is 16500+men while a Marine Division is 12500 men.

When a Journalist asked him about being surrounded by 22 enemy divisions. Chesty replied.

"They are a damn site better than the U.S. Army, at least we know they will be there in the morning"

screwed by the suits again

Once again the guys in the fatiges are being screwed by the suits again. 5 people who have never been in a conflict ducked a bullet set safley 1000's of miles away in the saftey being provided by others who are dieing and bleeding, while under the blanket of are security they screwed us again
When will they ever stop trying to politisice and glorify war.
Here is the Geneva Conventions rules and regulations on detaining and holding prisoners of war

this is just the section on prisoners of war.
there are many other so called rules of war probley the largest and most assinine oxymoron i have ever heard
but under there rules i would like to point out that enemy conbatiants detained in civilian cloths and armed are to be considered spies and as such you are able to be execute upon capture.
