When the Marines were cut off behind enemy lines and the Army had written the 1st Marine Division off as being lost because they were surrounded by 22 enemy divisions. The Marines made it out inflicting the highest casualty ratio on and enemy in history and destroying 7 entire enemy divisions in the process.

An enemy division is 16500+men while a Marine Division is 12500 men.

When a Journalist asked him about being surrounded by 22 enemy divisions. Chesty replied.

"They are a damn site better than the U.S. Army, at least we know they will be there in the morning"

"They are in front of us , behind us, and we are flanked on both sides by an enemy that outnumbers us 29:1. They can't get away now!"

Amazingly Ironic

My good friend and soon to be recruted General in the "Revolution" Jasonthe has posted the most ironic and scary post on The For the People Blogg today. I had to post it hear as well. Jason is what i call my flaming liberal friend. I think the farther and farther the demolition of this great nation and its constitution go, it is becoming clearer and clearer there is no such thing as demecrat republican liberal or conservative, the division lies solly on lovers of freedom and those trying to destroy it

220 Years Ago Today…

Ratification of the Constitution by the State of New Hampshire, June 21, 1788. New Hampshire was the ninth state to do so, and with its ratification, the Constitution was officially in effect.

How did our representatives mark the occasion? Retro-active immunity for Teclo’s, with a majority of Republicans and 104 Democrats voting to disregard the Fourth Amendment in the name of “protecting America.”

I have to ask, what is it we are protecting if we lay the interests of corporations and warrantless wire-tapping before the very document that makes America unique from those we fight against?
